I note that, following on from their TV series, the Hairy Bikers have a book out called “The Hairy Dieters”. In this book they attempt to undo all the damage their previous high-fat offerings did, by encouraging us to eat thinly.
Is it just me, or did they get richly rewarded for their previous life trying to make us all fat? Have they returned all their previous earnings? Or have they fleeced us for making us fat, and now are fleecing us for making us thin?
The important question is – have they given a full public apology, or will Tony Blair have to do that for them? For myself, I’m now waiting for Prof Dawkins to start publishing collections of metrical psalms, while still collecting royalties from “The God Delusion”.
